Original blue cloth, octavo, xvii, 204 pp. Attached to inside of rear cover is a tray box with removable printed cover, and 6 individual trays housing cards and score counters (102 playing cards, 8 score counters, 380 cards in 4 denominations of money), apparently a complete set.

Sir Ralph Norman Angell (1872-1967) was an English author, journalist and MP for the Labour Party. He was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize in 1933. "The Money Game" was intended to help teach schoolchildren the basics of banking and finance. Originally published in London the previous year. This US edition brings some improvements to the game box!
