Originally published in Cosmopolitan Magazine in March, 1906. First separate publication was an undated issue by Charles Kerr Co. circa 1913. This 1916 edition, dated December 3, 1916, includes George Sterling's poetic tribute to Jack London, delivered at his Oakland funeral service on Nov. 24, 1916 - two days after London's death. Scarce.
