J. C. (Joseph Chelladurai Cornelius) Kumarappa (1892-1960) was an Indian economist and close associate of Mahatma Gandhi. A biography of this important figure in the Gandhian movement was published by the Gandhigram Trust in 1956 (and a revised edition in 1987) as "The Gandhian Crusader: A Biography of Dr. J.C.Kumarappa.
