Minot Judson Savage (1841-1918) graduated in 1864 from Bangor Theological Seminary. He served the Congregationalist ministry for several years - including missionary work in Grass Valley and San Mateo, California before beconing a Unitarian in 1873. This volume is a thoughtful examination of the question "If evolution is true, what have we left in the way of religion?"
