A sort of proto-eugenics tract by the founder of the Oneida Community. The Oneida religious community, founded in 1848 at Oneida, NY, espoused free love, among other social experiments. The commune had about 300 members at its peak and had branches in other parts of New England. This little volume was printed by the Wallingford Printing Co., Wallingford, Conn., the site of an Oneida Community until 1878.
